O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 19.04.2017, when the petitioner was doing masonry work, fell down from the 20 ft. height and sustained fracture in his left leg. He further submitted that with regard to the said occurrence, a complaint was given on 19.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.42 of 2018 and hence, the petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
