ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to process the application given by the petitioner on 22.01.2013, wherein, the petitioner has sought for 'No Objection Certificate' for operating the Sawmill and in the meantime to direct the first respondent not to disconnect the electricity supply.

2.The case of the petitioner is that his father started the Sawmill in the year 1989 after getting the necessary permission from the authorities and the electricity service connection was also given by the first respondent. According to the petitioner, he continues to run the Sawmill.

3.The further case of the petitioner is that after the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Godavarman Thirumulpad case, the petitioner made an application before the fifth respondent seeking for 'No Objection Certificate' for operating the Sawmill. When the same was pending, steps were taken by the first respondent to disconnect the electricity supply. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition was filed before this Court.
