Crime No.58/2018 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.21391 of 2018 dated 04/12/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21391 of 2018 dated 04.12.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.58 of 2018, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

However the petitioner complied the condition till14.01.2019. Thereafter, he has not appeared before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed.
