ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2022 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Thilagathidal, Madurai City and quash the same against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court, (POCSO Act Cases), Madurai and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2023.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4
