JUDGMENT

This appeal arises out of a partition suit. The appellant filed O.S.52 of 2019 on the file of III Additional District Court, Thanjavur at Pattukottai seeking partition and other reliefs. The suit was dismissed by the trial Court on 12.07.2023. Aggrieved by the same, this appeal came to be filed.

2.The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. The parties appeared before the Mediator. All the outstanding disputes have been amicably resolved. A memo of compromise signed by the parties as well as by the respective counsels was filed before the Mediation Centre. A settlement agreement dated 22.04.2025 was also entered into.

3.This appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 22.04.2025 and joint memo of compromise dated 22.04.2025. They shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
