Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Petition filed Under Section 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Tirunelveli to complete the trial and dispose the proceedings of R. C. O. P. No. 27 of 2018 within a Stipulated time as directed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 01/02/2021 and letter in D. No.420/2021 dated 29/04/2021, received from the Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller (FAC), Tirunelveli for seeking further Two Months time to dispose the case and this Court made the following order;

The Civil Revision Petition is listed today, under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 01.02.2021 has directed the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the petition in R.C.O.P.No.27 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, the learned learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Tirunelveli has submitted a requistion, dated 29.04.2021, stating that the case was pending for respondent side evidence and that since it was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.96 of 2021 represented that senior cousel who appeared for the respondent, was admitted in hospital, the trial could not be proceeded and requested two months further time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant time as sought for and accordingly two months time is granted to dispose of the petition in R.C.O.P.No.27 of 2018 from the date of regular functioning of the Courts.
