O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 7th respondents to prevent anyone from demanding First Honour, Headgear, Handsick, Sacred Umbrella, etc., at the time of conducting Kumbabishagam on 21.02.2024, Tamil-Masi-9 in Unjamaakali alias Ujjaiyani Maakali Temple, Unjanai Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2023.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. On a perusal of the affidavit, it is seen that there is no specific allegations as against any individuals or any groups and all the allegations made in the affidavit are only general allegations. Further, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition only on the apprehension. In the light of the above, when there is

no public elements involved in the Writ Petition, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition and therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
