ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by one Velkani. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

enquiry and harass him.
