RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an AD-INTERIM STAY of all further proceedings in the order passed by the Learned Hon'ble Court of Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court of Nagercoil in S.C.No.206 of 2016 and thus render justice.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SURESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, while admitting the Crl.RC., the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that two more victims are having burn injuries and the same was not investigated by the then Investigating Officer. The Doctor Certificate for taking treatment was also available. The present Investigating Officer filed a petition for further investigation, which was dismissed by the trial Court and prayed the proceedings to be stayed till the disposal of the Criminal Revision.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the first respondent has no serious objection.

3.Hence, there shall be an order of interim stay till the disposal of the criminal revision.
