This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and secure the two cars and file the final report in Crime No.28 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime. No.28 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
