No.461/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22931/2018 25/01/2019 in connection with Crime No.1302/2018 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.461 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22931 of 2018, on 25.01.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.461 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22931 of 2018, on 25.01.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in P.R.C.No.131 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the

counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.461 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22931 of 2018, on 25.01.2019, modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, till the disposal of the case.
