ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.282 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same so for as this petitioner concern.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report in CNR.No.2000956/2022 before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
