2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.18457 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 12.12.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
