(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire award amount deposited to the credit of MCOP No.210 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District and Sessions Court), Pudukkottai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent/Transport Corporation had deposited only 50% of the award amount. Further submitted that the accident was of the year 2021 and the Tribunal has passed the award in the year 2023.
