RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.(MD). No.2658 of 2019 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.21478 of 2018 dated 25.03.2019 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2658 of 2019, dated.25.03.2019
2. This Court at the time of granting bail on 05.12.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 21478 of 2018 had directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders and subsequently as per the order in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 2568 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019 the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition without any deviation . He would also submit that the condition in respect of other petitioner has been relaxed. Hence he prayed to relax the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly conceded the fact submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has complied the condition without any deviation the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 2658 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
