Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANTIHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19479 of 2021 on 09.12.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
