[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] The writ petition has been filed seeking closure of TASMAC Shop No.6871 situated at Old Taluk Office Road, Kamudi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. An appeal against the opening of TASMAC shop lies under Rule 9A of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003.
