ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.12.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that thought the petitioner has given four complaints, only CSR Nos.206 and 240 of 2020, 458 and 519 of 2022 came to be registered, but no action was taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the complaints given by the petitioner are pending before the respondent police. 4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 13.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
