ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to give Police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the retired Head Master and he has purchased the property in Survey No.1574/1B and 1545/1B in Sannasipuram, Bodi Anaikaraipatti Taluk, Theni District, in his name and, his wife's name on 26.11.1993. He further submitted that the petitioner and his wife are in possession and enjoyment of the said property that being so, the third respondent threatened the petitioner, to sell the property to him for meagre amount and hence the second respondent may be directed to give Police protection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the petition from the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was disposed of, as it is civil in nature. A copy of the complaint sent by the petitioner to the first respondent has been produced. A perusal of the said complaint shows that the petitioner has stated that the third respondent is also claiming right over the property and in such a case, the petitioner has to file a civil suit and get appropriate remedy. 4.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
