Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3051 of 2019 on 27.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3051 of 2019 on 27.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
