ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.MOHAMED RAZVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Mu.MUTHU, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of Respondents 1,4 & 5 and Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Standing counsel on behalf of the Respondents 2 and 3, the Court made the following order:- Since the shop is running as on date, question of granting injunction does not arise at this stage.
