This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to make necessary entries in schedule II in respect of cancellation of document in document No.1392 of 1992 as per the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.9263/Aa1/2024 dated 23.12.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to comply the order passed by the first respondent dated 23.12.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No 2/4

costs.
