PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2/2012 from the file of the first respondent to the second respondent and consequently, directing the second respondent to proceed with the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2/2012 from the file of the first respondent to the second respondent and consequently, directing the second respondent to proceed with the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation is over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as prayed for. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
