O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.661 of 2016.

2.This Court by order dated 10.07.2018, directed the parties to settle the dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3.Today, it is reported that both the parties have entered into an settlement agreement dated 24.07.2018 and have stated that the dispute between them has also been settled among themselves. The settlement agreement has also been produced before this Court. 4.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, FIR in Crime No.661 of 2016 is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
