PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide police protection to survey the land in Survey No.208/5 with extent about 039.50 Hectares situated at Vellalur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for police protection to survey the land in Survey No.208/5 with extent about 039.50 Hectares situated at Vellalur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2020. 2.According to the petitioner, the private respondents are objecting to survey the land. Hence, police protection is sought for.

3.On perusal of the petition, this Court is of the view that blanket directions cannot be granted, unless the dispute is resolved in the Civil Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
