RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Honourable Court on 02/04/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4957/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.4957 of 2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 02.04.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.4657 of 2019, dated 02.04.2019, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
