ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15134 of 2020 on 18.12.2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.489 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P. No.15134 of 2020 on 18.12.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
