ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 16.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Bala Thirumaran has created a forged Power of Attorney and executed a sale deed in favour of one Siyavudeen, in respect of the petitioner's property and hence, a complaint was lodged on 16.12.2017, but, so far, the third respondent has not taken any steps.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the

complaint an enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the dispute is civil in nature and hence, a complaint has been closed on 23.12.2017.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
