2.Today(15.11.2023), when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter dated 09.11.2023 stating that the petitioner is inclined to join the Samadhan Scheme introduced by the State of Tamilnadu Taxes (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2023 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
