ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 376 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused raped the daughter of the de-facto complainant, who is a deaf and dumb and insane.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 100 days and his bail application may be considered.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that the respondent has completed the investigation and laid a charge sheet and the same was committed by the Mahila Court, Karur. 5.Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the Mahila Court, Karur shall dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.11.2015.
