ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the first and second respondents to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.08.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was working as Over Head Tank operator in Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board, Melapasai Panchayat, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. He further submitted that the President and Secretary of the Panchayat have forged the signature of the petitioner and taken the petitioner's seven months' salary and when the same was questioned by the petitioner, the aforesaid persons have criminally intimidated by using filthy words and hence a complaint has been lodged before the second respondent on 30.08.2017. But, so far no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that during enquiry, the petitioner gave a written statement stating that

he will work out his remedy before the Block Development Officer (Village Panchayat), Manamadurai and hence the said complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
