This Criminal Original Petition came to be filed for forbearing the respondent police from harassing the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint of the third respondent, Crime No.4 of 2022 has been registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 498A, 294(b), 406 & 506(i) of IPC.

3. It is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
