ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Educational Officer, Secondary Education, Melur, Madurai District, issued proceedings dated 02.07.2024 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and submits that the order dated 29.07.2024 has been complied with.

2. In view of the factual position, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt case. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
