This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the compliant given by the petitioner, dated 12.12.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner has appeared before the third respondent and submitted a written statement stating that no further action is required.
