ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on his complaint dated 19.03.2015. In the said complaint, he has alleged that the Commissioner of Income Tax, by name Mr.Bharath called him and demanded a sum of Rs.20 lakhs as illegal gratification to favour him in respect of certain tax assessment.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the said complaint, the Central Bureau of Investigation held enquiry, in which, he was called for enquiry during the 2nd week of May' 2015, in which, he participated. If that be so, it is clear that the Central Bureau of Investigation is looking into the complaint and taking appropriate action. Therefore, no direction as prayed for could be granted.
