PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. directing the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated with the enquiry. Therefore, the said complaint was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court that one more opportunity may be given to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police. 4.Considering the request of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- (i)the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.07.2018;

(ii)on appearance of the petitioner, on the said date, the second respondent shall proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law;

(iii)if the petitioner fails to appear, it is open to the second respondent to drop further proceedings. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
