This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct and issue tender auction for the six shops behind Dindigul Panchayat Union Office, near Bus Stand, Dindigul by publication in well circulated Tamil Daily Newspaper and also permit the petitioner to participate in the tender auction according to the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act 1998, and Rules 2000. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect and additionally, he has also made the following endorsement :

"Letter given by the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition No.1291 of 2020.

Accordingly, the above Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and the letter is given to the Learned Registrar Judicial today."

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
