PRAYER :- To call for the records in Crime No. 396 of 2024 on the file of 1st respondent police and quash the same and illegal and pass such further orders or suitable orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.396 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) , on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.745 of 2025 and that nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
