This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 444 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the respondents, there is no representation on their behalf.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 444 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.
