ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) pointed out that the petitioner used to create nuisance to the members in the locality and when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the injuries in question were caused. The petitioner is said to have attacked the victim with knife on his left wrist as well as right shoulder. According to the prosecution, the victim is still in hospital.
