ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.1323 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to some other investigation officer of higher rank and direct them to carry out and complete the investigation within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai on 24.03.2021. But it was not taken on file so far. Since the final report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction.

3.However, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to look into the matter and process the same, since the final report has already been filed on 24.03.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
