(MD) No.1365/2019 in Crl.OP(MD).No.22955/2018 vide its order dated 18.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1365 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22955 of 2018, on 18.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1365 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22955 of 2018, on 18.02.2019, regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai in P.R.C.No.1 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1365 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22955 of 2018, on 18.02.2019, modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, till the disposal of the case.
