This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.596/2013 on the file of the third respondent police to any other competent agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation in Crime No.596 of 2013 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
