COMMON PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crime No.239 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Veeraraghavan (in both Crl.O.Ps.) For R1 : Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu (in both Crl.O.Ps.) Government Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORDER The petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.239 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.239 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 30.09.2015 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), these criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
