ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have already laid the final report before the Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur, on 27.03.2023.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule. Since the order or this Court is duly complied with by the respondent herein, this contempt petition is closed.
