This writ petition has been filed directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation, dated 29.04.2021 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 29.04.2021 alleging that the accused persons were doing Real Estate business in the names of their wife, namely, respondents 3 & 4 herein. They had shown some property documents stands in the name of them and borrowed a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on 07.03.20211 and they executed business capital agreement on the same day. However, they failed to repay the said amount with interest. Therefore, it is a money dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4 herein and the petitioner cannot maintain any complaint since the entire allegations are civil in nature and not attracted any criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 2679 of 2022 offence. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
