The matter has been listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner by indicating that the Court had allowed the writ petition and had not granted consequential relief as prayed for by the petitioner, as the punishment imposed has been set aside, it is axiomatic that the petitioner is entitled for the monetary benefits with back wages including the Annual Salary Reviews.

2. In view of the same, registry is directed to add the following in the 4th line of Paragraph No.13 after the word 'quashed' : "and the respondents are directed to pay all monetary benefits with back wages including the Annual Salary Reviews deducted by the respondent, by virtue of the impugned order which has been set aside, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
