ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner while fencing the petitioner's land in S.No.379/10 and S.No.387/2 situated at Erwadi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint dated 25.11.2020 lodged by the present petitioner was enquired by the Inspector of Police, Erwadi Police Station and since the third respondent gave https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.930 of 2021 an undertaking with the second respondent that he would not interefere with the petitioner's peaceful possession of the property in S.No.379/10 and S.No.387/2 situated at Erwadi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, the petition was closed.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, if found necessary.
