O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.No.II/84/2022-23, dated 03.01.2023.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Assistant Factory Manager in the fourth respondent Mill and undergoing training of Assistant Factory Manager(Maintenance). While so, the fourth respondent vide the impugned order, forced the petitioner to undergo training in Kanniyakumar District Cooperative Mill, for the period from 09.01.2023 to 24.02.2023. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 2/5

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier, challenging the reversion order, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.18391 of 2022. The said writ petition was allowed. In view of the same, in order to wreak vengeance, the impugned order is passed and hence, the impugned order is liable to be set aside and therefore, prayed for allowing of this writ petition.

4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, on instructions, would submit that immediately after completion of the training, the petitioner will be posted as Assistant Factory Manager in the fourth respondent Mill.

5. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.01.2023 pm NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No 3/5
