ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Patteeswaram Police Station, Thanjavur District not to harass them under the guise of an enquiry.
2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 to 5 with the second respondent was registered in C.S.R.No.534 of 2023 and after preliminary enquiry, the same was closed. It is his further contention that the complaint lodged by the petitioners was also registered in C.S.R.No.533 of 2023 and the same was subsequently closed by the second respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
